Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on 15th August 1994, in USA. Ashley does not talk about her parents but her grandmother, who was a well-known bodybuilder during the 20s and 30s is credited with inspiring her love of fitness. Ashley had a habit of being physically active since a young age. She started taking swimming lessons at four years old and carried on for another 10 years. Ashley competed in a variety of events but was never dedicated because her body wasn't equipped to adhere to an intense diet. Although she was popular in her teenage years, predominantly due to her beautiful physique and attractive appearance but we don't know if there was anyone with her during this phase. Ashley chose to concentrate in becoming a fitness trainer and model following her graduation. Ashley was just 15 at the time she realized how unhappy she was with her body. Her dad encouraged her to go to the fitness center. She followed his advice to begin slow. Little did she know that she would spend nine years sculpting her body before becoming an exercise idol. Ashley was enthused by her success in 2013, at the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships took seventh place. After this loss, she was motivated by the defeat. she continued to train hard. Ashley was awarded the fifth place at the WBFF World Championships in 2015. Then, she decided not to continue competing. While she competed in tournaments she received offers of photography shoots. She didn't want to join her two careers. After she retired from competing and quit the sport she started working as a fitness-model. After being featured on the cover of an acclaimed fitness magazine she was in a position to begin her fitness modeling career as she signed with a modeling agency. Since then, she has gained a reputation as a sought-after model. She has appeared in many bikinis and clothes companies and has been published as the face of a popular fitness magazine.
